Apple To Stream October 16 Event Live

Apple has already sent out its invitation for their upcoming October 16 event and like its previous September 9 event, this too will be streamed live. The stream will be available on the Apple website as well as on a dedicated channel on the Apple TV.

The invitations were sent out with the tagline "It's been way too long," and the event is going to be held at 10:00 AM Pacific Time at the Town Hall auditorium on Apple’s Cupertino campus.

While nothing has been confirmed, Apple will be releasing its new range of iPads – an updated iPad Air and iPad Mini with Retina Display.

Updated iMacs with a 27-inch screen and high-resolution Retina display may also be launched.

The OS X Yosemite too will be unveiled at the launch before it is finally released for the public. If rumors are to be believed, then update Mac minis that are in development will also be announced to be in the works.
