According to Recode, Apple will be having its next big event on October 16 and not October 21 as it was earlier reported.
It is being speculated that the event will see the launch of new iMac and iPad devices.
The new iPad devices will have a faster processor with an A8 chip just like the recently released iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. It may also have the Touch ID feature that was first introduced by Apple in the iPhone 5s.
According to 9to5Mac, the newest OS X Yosemite for Mac may also be coming out along with the devices. Seeing how the GM for the operating system was released last week, this could be a high possibility.
While Apple has confirmed no details about the releases, the event is going to be low key one as compare to the September 9 event.
